1 star. Triplespoons catered my sonâs wedding dinner. WORST DINNER EVER!!!. There was a tasting before we chose this caterer, but what he provided then and at the dinner were as different as night and day. The Spanish rice was hard, as if it was raw and mixed with soft cooked rice. Enchiladas were tortillas in some kind of sauce with chunks of white cheese on top. Tacos had beans with meat instead of just meat. Green chili was not green nor tasted like green chili; it looked like chili con carne. I had so many of the guests complaining. I felt so bad we invited them and this was served. The guacamole was ok. The chocolate fountain was good. Family all got together and ordered pizzas afterward. Have emailed but have not received any call back as of 15 days after the wedding.
