Our AC unit was no longer blowing cold air. After being quoted $3,000 for a new AC coil and refrigerant replacement (due to a refrigerant leak) by a large Denver HVAC company, we requested a second opinion from Home Safe. Travis was absolutely amazing. Not only was our AC coil just fine, there was no leak at all! It was due to the suck vents being closed which seriously inhibited proper airflow. No "repairs" needed - I was shocked and angry that I almost paid $3,000 for completely unnecessary repairs. Not only did Travis help me understand how my particular system works and how to get the best out of it, he then took me in the attic where our unit is and showed me why one of my vents was only producing 30% air: inefficient ducting design. Travis is SO incredibly knowledgeable and was happy to share that knowledge. What an honest, trustworthy, and dedicated man (he was here for over an hour checking out the entire system AND educating me). I can't recommend him highly enough ❤️

Travis is fantastic! His quality of work, professionalism, and value is amazing! He is so honest and knowledgeable too! He installed a new AC unit in my home and cleaned everything up so nicely when he was finished. He even resolved an unforeseen issue with my humidifier at no additional cost! You cannot go wrong with this company. Highly recommended!
