prices tend to vary depending on the severity of the job and depending on what style of job it is basic jobs for instance installing appliances I usually have a set price unless there's precise things needed in order to install.

my new homeowners are usually treated the same as existing homeowners I like to get in talk to you about the job weather on the phone texting or at the job site. the main thing is letting the new homeowner know that they're in good hands and they are comfortable.
