What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is not exactly complicated, but I do not have set prices for everything. I feel that every wedding, or event, has it's own set of needs. Therefore I customize a proposal for every client.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To start with a chat! Let's have a cup of coffee and work through your vision for your event. I'm not a cookie cutter, I'm more free form. I've found that by starting the planning in of a more free form format, it's not as daunting! Let's make your to-do list after you have a clear vision of what your goals are!

It was years in the service, catering and design that all funneled together!

Let it spill out...What do you need to accomplish? What are your fears? What are your strengths? Lets talk about and come up with a game plan.

That it doesn't have to be overwhelming, with the right advice and planning it can be really fun! As it should be.
