- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have 4 levels of packs offering 30, 45 and 60 minutes that range from $40-60 an hour depending on how many lessons you purchase.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Your first basic or premium pack will come with a free trial. If you're not convinced that I can improve your guitar game while simultaneously get you to enjoy yourself, you'll get your money back guaranteed. Each student gets their own google classroom so that all your assignments are conveniently found in one place including pdf attachments, audio/video links, and personal video aids including your achieved zoom lessons! Also, if you ever have any questions, I'm more than happy to answer them whenever. Rescheduling is flexible so long as you don't cancel the same day (I will charge unless you're sick or it's an emergency).
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in Jazz performance and have been teaching for nearly 20 years at various places from house calls, to various music stores and schools and even as adjunct faculty at the community college level as well as for Jamplay.com.
