Leo and his team did an outstanding job at my home. They got my gutter systrm unclogged and took pictures to show me the results so I didn't have to climb up to st for myself. I will be requesting services again as soon as my gutters need their next cleaning.

Unfortunately I have to base my review on Alvarado Exterior's ability to assess a gutter issue, as his assessment was incorrect as far as the problem. I contacted Alvarado Exteriors to address a water leak coming from my roof at the end of a gutter from my ranch home in Boulder, Colorado. He informed my the the end had to be tighten up so it would be able to capture the water coming from the roof when it either rained out snow melted from that corner. He tightened it for $60.00. A week later the leak was there again after a heavy snowfall. I called him again to check it out, and he said he'd come and fix it. He took over a month to check it out despite a couple a follow-ups after I noticed the leak was still there. After finally coming to my house to see why there was a leak, Alvarado Exteriors stated that the reason why a leak was there was because that section of the house didn't have a gutter. And then he stated that he wanted $250.00 to install about a four foot gutter for that corner. I asked him as the professional why didn't he make that assessment before, and he stated that he was going off what I told him the time he tightened the end of that corner of the gutter. All I told him was that there was a leak in that corner, which I feel he could've assessed properly. I wasn't happy that he was blaming me for his wrong assessment. I suggested that he at least take off $60.00 since he made the wrong assessment during he first time seeing the issue. He wouldn't budge. I contacted another contractor who charged me $150.00 for the exact same job after deciding not to go with Alvarado Exteriors. So if you decide to go with Alvarado Exteriors, I just advise you get a second opinion since, as a professional, he's unable to assess the obvious.

This company is amazing. They stand by their quality work and materials. Alvarado Exteriors installed the gutters in my house a little over 2 years ago. Extremely pleased with their work and quality materials. Recently I noticed a minor issue in one of the gutters. I called them and they came to check and test that everything was OK. They did not charge me even though it was beyond the 1-year warranty period and the issue was not affecting the functioning of the gutter. Fantastic company. Highly recommended.

I called Leo about gutter replacement. He bid the job the next day. He completed the job the following day. Highly recomend.
