Floor Installation or Replacement
Hired Trey to install new and refinish existing red oak hardwood floors in my first and second floors. Trey has a good eye for detail and is willing to go above and beyond to make sure that the work performed ends with amazing results. I definitely recommend Trey to anyone looking to install hardwood floors.

We had Pergo XP laminate flooring installed by Trey at Mountain Classic Hardwood in Nov 2018. We had a great experience! Trey was very responsive, after I initially reached out to him and throughout the whole experience. We appreciated his friendly, relaxed yet professional, competent and knowledgeable approach. He arrived on time, worked very hard - the entire day. We love the results! The floors look beautiful. FYI, we had received about four different estimates; Trey was not the cheapest, but was in very much the same ballpark as two of the others (and the fourth one came in at about 3 times the cost). If/when we need more flooring installed, we would call Trey first.

Trey did a great job on my 40 year old floors! He put in the extra effort to make sure my worn floors looked good as new. He was punctual, responsive, and tactfully guided me to choose the perfect stain for my floors! Overall, I highly recommend Trey. His work speaks for itself!

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?The typical process starts with an estimate of the area the customer wants to be worked on. After this we develop a preliminary invoice that can be modified depending on the projects budget, availability of materials, and project start dates. Once the invoice looks perfect, for both the customer and us, then we get to work!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?We have been around flooring our entire lives, in places like sales and installations. I personally got into hardwood flooring after college and had loved the complex process it proposed. Its a huge puzzle and we are able to piece it together for you.
- What types of customers have you worked with?Architects, City Planners, Custom Home Builders, Commercial , Disaster Relief, Residential, High-rise, Lofts, Restaurants, Remodel, Real Estate Brokerage firms, Homeowners, Designers, Retail Stores.
