Price by Design At Denco we follow a Price by Design estimate process. We take the time to understand what you need and desire from your new deck. Since Denco is a Specialty Contractor we focus only on decks and outdoor living spaces, which means that our costs for materials and labor are current. With Denco you can expect an accurate price estimate as well as a full understanding of what is included with your new design.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we looking at a project and talk with the client about basic needs and hopes for the new deck. Next we take the Price-By-Design approach and design the project so we can get an accurate estimate. We send an email with our completed estimate and a basic image of the design. Our estimates are itemized by: Framing material Decking material Demolition Installation Disposal fees Special features Paint/Stain We then discuss the estimate to explain costs as well as options for the new design. Samples and references can be provided as we work out the details on your new outdoor living space.
