We had Andy help us with ideas for our open living/dining/kitchen space, which never quite came together after we moved in. We have been trying to shift from the last owner’s preferred colors and aesthetic to ours, and they’re so polar opposite that it’s been a challenge. We loved the options he presented and immediately got to work purchasing items and putting plans into place. So far we’ve only received two lamps, two table runners and some new curtains, and when I tell you it’s already completely changed our living room - it’s wild! We can’t believe what a difference even the first few small changes made, and we can’t wait to receive the rest of the furniture, decor + light fixtures and get to painting!

In 2020 we hired Andy as step one in our remodel / addition project. It was important to us to start with a smart floor plan because we had new multigenerational needs for our 928 sq ft 2.5 bedroom / 1 bathroom house in Northeast Denver. Andy explained to us that he would be able to produce a drawing that an architect could run with, in getting the job permitted, contracted out, and built to specification. He delivered on his promise, and did an amazing job capturing the exact vision my wife and I had to make a functional, minimalist open floor plan. His work included a great idea, to build out and up, more than doubling our square footage. This gave us a wonderful 4 bedroom / 3 bathroom home that fits all of our needs, with modern design elements consistent throughout. He proved to be an expert at sourcing materials, decor, and furniture well within our budget. We are repeat customers, recently retaining his services to upgrade our upstairs bedroom suite, with more projects lined up. We wholeheartedly recommend Andy Juy for any design and build project you might have.

I really enjoyed working with Andy. He listened carefully to what my goals were, and also asked me lots of questions, in order to understand my style. Andy created the perfect design for my dream master bath! He added some cool pink hexagonal tiles for the shower, which is a great contrast to the soft gray and white in the rest of the room. Andy is a true professional, always on time and responsive to questions. He also has a great sense of humor! I highly recommend him for your next project. Andy is a pleasure to work with.
