- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not have a standard pricing system as every project is different. Prices are based on materials chosen and labor costs are determined by exact work being performed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We would like to first meet with a new customer in our showroom to determine all design needs and budget for their project. Once we have an idea of what kinds of materials the customer has chosen, we will email an estimate based on all information provided by the customer. After an estimate is approved by the customer, we will visit the site to perform any measurements required and asses any potential issues. We will provide a revised estimate and determine a start date. Once we have signed off on all work to be performed we will require a down deposit in order to start ordering any materials or scheduling any labor.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our design team has an array of educational backgrounds, mostly pertaining to Interior Design degrees, project management, and engineering.
