Christine Herr has been working with my teenage athlete for the past year. Christine is familiar with the physical requirements of a competitive swimmer and provides personal dryland training that supplements and focuses on those needs. She is the best personal trainer I've ever met. She's energetic, engaged, and knowledgeable. She can demonstrate anything, and sets a great example for my daughter in physicality, nutrition, and lifestyle. She is also flexible and generous with her time. Her work ethic is contagious, and we appreciate her unflagging cheerfulness in the face of an extra set of push-ups. My daughter loves her sessions with Christine.

I highly recommend WillPower Fitness. I contacted WillPower Fitness to find a personal trainer, and found credible trainers with comprehensive personal training programs to help me to reach my goals. (exactly as it's advertised) How I see the gym environment: It's a great, welcoming community with music playing, natural light, and trainers coaching members through sets and reps. You can hear encouragement to members on that last rep, telling them they can do it. They have the variety of equipment, activity, and resources you need. The trainers are somehow attentive to the entire gym, keep everyone busy, communicate well, and have the knowledge I wish I had about the body and its needs...from weight-loss to elite athlete programs. How it started for me: I came to my first session with defined fitness goals and a lot of my printouts from previous 'training programs.' That first day we jumped right into a training session, and I assumed it was to evaluate my fitness level. A few days later, I found out that my trainer actually read those grids from past trainers -- I was impressed he cared. He explained the target muscle groups of my previous program versus how the body works and the strength I need to build. When I competed in the past I never felt fit in the right way, and paired with this logical justification, it made sense that my training needed an adjustment. My updated program focuses on finding maximum efficiency and developing the muscles needed to perform intervals over a long period of time. Plus, building strength in the right way to support joints and mobility, which I assume helps me avoid injury. It is definitely worth it.
I was unable to secure a time with Tom. The issue seemed to be around his availabilty. He initially wanted only weekday hours for training which didn't work for me as an adult with a traditional full time schedule. We then had a brief conversation about finding a Saturday AM time when he found out he could only rent lanes at his rec center at very restricted times. I was pleased about trying to find a Sat AM appointment but then Tom lost contact all together. There don't appear to be many swim instructors for adults in the area and I think given his background Tom could have a very robust business but it is going to require off hour availability as the majority of adults who have enough expendable income for a swim coach will work more traditional schedules.
I have never been very active or interested in fitness, but finally push came to shove and I started feeling very down and out about my body, I was very nervous at first, scared that it would be embarrassing or worse, I would be working with someone who made me feel uncomfortable or that I didn't like. Karisa was like a breath of fresh air, all my fears fell away with our first meeting! She is very friendly and professional and made me feel comfortable immediately! It did not take long before I started seeing results, and feeling more confident. Even though she pushed me hard, she continuously made me feel capable and like I could do it. We really built a trust and friendship, I was excited to meet with her, it became kind of like therapy, and like I was getting to hang out with a good motivating girlfriend. I was feeling stronger, more energized, and overall healthy in no time. She continued to push me, even when I didn't want to work, and she continued to motivate me and help me see results. I never felt bad or judged if cheated my diet, and I learned so much about myself, my nutrition and my fitness! I love working with Karisa, and will continue to work with her. I would recommend anyone to work with Karisa! She helped me work out a lot of problems I didn't even know I was having, physically, mentally and emotionally! After working with Karisa I can honestly say I have found a new level of wellness that I could not have done without her. She genuinely changed my life. Thanks for being an awesome fitness coach!!
I've been learning Pilates from Tara for a year now, and without compare she is the best wellness coach I've ever had. As a 55 year-old woman working hard to increase, improve and maintain my health Tara has been a partner who is endlessly competent at employing her experience and intuition with skill and ability to identify and address gaps like muscle weakness with massage and training to immediately relieve pain and suffering while building capability. It's not a miracle, but rather the steady commitment to showing up and seeing the improvement. Pilates is a tool, Tara is the conductor.
I've worked with a few personal trainers during my life and her professional manner as well as coaching style is just what we needed. I look forward to continuing to work with her, and despite the muscle soreness after our sessions gym time is one of the things I like forward to every week.

Working with Jason as my personal trainer was an excellent experience. Jason is extremely professional, and conducts himself with the highest level of integrity. But overall, Jason is a caring and thoughtful person. He wants you to reach your goals and he knows that every person is unique. His knowledge of the human body and nutrition is deep and vast and he used this expertise to develop a program that helped me to move toward and reach my goals. Working with Jason helped me run my first marathon which at one point seemed unattainable to me. I have worked with several trainers, and coaches and overall Jason is the person I would recommend without reservation.

Angie was the perfect person to provide me the guidance and help I needed while struggling in my job search after I lost my position due to corporate downsizing. I loved her enthusiasm and support. I must admit I was initially skeptical about the idea of couples counseling to begin with- I had a few previous experiences with mediators and counselors that left me feeling misunderstood and like it was a waste of my time. This was definitely NOT the case without Andrew. He was kind, understanding, and was able to cut to the heart of our issues almost immediately and help us to really talk to one another about how we felt. He also gave us homework which was easy to implement and has made a world of difference already- I highly recommend!
When I saw Christina's profile I did not have any hesitation to think twice to hire her immediately. She's very smart and know her job well. She's very patient, kind,supportive, and responsive. I highly recommend her to anyone needs a health coaching. My eating habits completely change by taking control of food portion, how to make good choices.
