Had a new light installed on an old house. He was able to get the light on there without any work within the wall done and was below his quoted price.
Would definitely recommend, he did a great job! Michael hung a small shelf for me and replaced two boring light fixtures with mini chandelier fixtures. Everything looks so great and the price was very reasonable. Due the old house I live in, one of the light fixtures proved tricky at first but Michael come up with a creative solution that looks totally meant to be!
*****AWESOME!!****** I am a single mom and he was very knowledgeable, careful and fair! I will definitely hire them to do work that I need in the future...This company is respectful, honest, caring and professional in all aspects of the word! I am so very thankful that I found Allegiant! There are not many companies out there like Alligiant, so thank you so verymuch!!!!!
Chris had good ideas for mounting my soundbar and "hiding" my components. He considered my decor and returned with a shelf that works in the room. He also hung a light for me. Very professional. I recommended him to a neighbor.
Excellent work...after using no fewer than 3 other companies I find this one who does what they say they will do...a good job. The windows have never been cleaner.
Couldn't say enough good things about Simpson Home Services. My situation was that I had a water heater go out at a rental property. The pilot light wouldn't stay lit and after one of the bigger named company charged me $300 for parts in their attempt to fix, that company on their 3rd visit decided I needed to replace the water heater, where they conveniently had one in their truck outside ready to go, for the sweet price of $2400. After shopping the actual units at Home Depot / Lowes, I quickly saw that $2400 for a new Water Heater is legitimate robbery. Enter Charlie from Simpson Home Services. His price was fair (got about 6 Bids from Thumbtack) and he was very responsive. Here is where it gets better. Some might think Im crazy, or to trust worthy, but, with my current day job I was unable to get to Home Depot to purchase the water heater. Therefore my only option was to have Charlie from Simpson Home Services go to Home Depot, pull the unit and have Home Depot ring me and use my Home Depot Card and Social Number as a form of payment. At that point, it could have been real daylight Robbery. I had (and still haven't), ever met Charlie in person. My only communication had (still has!) been over phone, but he had great reviews on thumbtack already so I knew we would be ok. Once he completed the job, I paid him over the phone using my debit card. Sure enough, writing this today some weeks after Charlie did his work. My New Water heater is working perfectly and I couldn't say enough good things about Charlie from Simpson Home Services. His work is legit, he gets 10 Stars for Trustworthiness and honesty and I would definitely without a doubt hire him again. ***For anyone installing a water heater and questioning the whole permit situation. I did a lot of research and there seems to be mixed ideas about wether you have to pull a permit or don't have to. I have even been out looking at purchasing a new house here in Denver over the last few weeks and I asked my realtor about permits on replacement water heaters and even she had mixed ideas. So then I went to that iPhone / Android Neighborhood App that everyone is on and planted my question there, also mixed reviews about pulling permits. I think the general concensios is do it if you really want to. If your reselling your house, the buyer might ask to see a permit, but in todays market (sellers market still in 2018), it might not be questioned at that stage. Point being, my research showed 50/50 on who would and who wouldn't. Either way you go, you can still use Charlie and Simpson Home Services as I did. He completes the work, you then apply for the permit, they come inspect it and then your done. I wanted to share this as this is the route I took. I also trust Charlie and Simpson Home Services enough that if the inspector had found a problem, that Charlie would have made a Trip back to fix it for free*** Thanks again Charlie (still haven't met you!) And thank you Thumbtack for yet another sweet hookup to a quality Tradesman.
Kenny responded to my request within a few minutes, arranged to meet the next day, gave me a reasonable estimate and completed the job 2 days later. Job included bathroom demo (tub, shower, sinks, countertops, tile, shelving, carpet and pad, cabinets, etc). Work was completed fast and efficiently, no damage, and cleanup was good. I would definitely use this company again and would recommend to others.
Very professional, on time and curious. Was able to dial into the problem I was having with a new dimmer switch and LED recessed light. Would recommend highly!
Relocate outlets, install new light switches, install bathroom vent fan.
We needed to swap out a light in our laundry room and have our outdoor lights looked at. Daniel was great communicating what type of light to buy for the laundry room (it wasn't that hard but I was clueless) he looked at our outdoor lights prior and came out and fixed those when he changed our laundryroom lighting,
Excellent company to work with I would highly recommend them for anybody party!! Super easy to work with and they added special lighting that just made the reception beautiful. There were a lot of people asking who they were to use at their party's. The dance floor was never empty which is a excellent sign of how good they are. 5 Stars for sure!!! I will defiantly use them again.
Task Energy Solutions was a great company to deal with. They were able to get my issue seen the same day I reached out. Our company will use them again.
He installed two new light fixtures in our conference room.
I hired Andrew to install a new ceiling fan & light fixture. Great price, great service, arrived on time, did a wonderful job. I discussed a future project and will use him again.
David was quick to respond and did quality work. He shared the details of his process and was transparent with costs.
Matt is an excellent handyman who was capable of doing everything I needed to get my house ready to sell. While homebuying/selling can be very stressful, Matt was certainly a very bright spot in the work that he did for me. His tasks included replacing the caulking in the bathrooms/kitchen, replacing door trim, patching and painting over some dings in the walls, and installing privacy film on several windows. There were probably a couple more things that I missed. Matt showed up every day at the time we agreed, and ensured a very high standard of quality with his work. My house was on the market for just 36 hours before we received an offer at $5k over asking, and I credit Matt's work with helping to make that possible. I would have him back any time to do more work on my new home.
O'Shay responded quickly to our request for a fence repair. He came the following day to review the damage (which was extensive). He was able to return with supplies and make the repairs within a couple of days. His work was fabulous and the cost was more than fair for the work required. He also made the repairs in inclement weather. Most other businesses would have rescheduled on a day in the 30's and snowing! I highly recommend his services!
Overall, my experience with Think Industries was very positive. Lance was very friendly and quick to address my electrical/wiring issues. With his knowledge and experience, he had my new ceiling fan w/ remote installation up and running within minutes. Will definitely be using his services in the future!
We had a great experience with Ray. He cleaned and patched holes in our gutters. Saying he would come by and add a second layer of caulk after it warmed up. Very professional. We will definitely use Ray again!
Sol did a great job installing our under-cabinet lighting. He was very easy to communicate with and professional. He was also very sensitive to my fear of having overly white colored lighting and the LEDs he installed turned out great. He even came out almost 6 months later with no questions asked and at no charge to replace one of the light fixtures that had been buzzing. I would highly recommend Aspire Electric and would not hesitate to use them for future electrical work.
Terrific work installing light on ceiling fan and hanging a tricky shelf!
