    Conduct a phone interview of the mediator or arbitration case administrator about the length of time in the profession, fees, rules of procedure and reviews. When agreement is reached in mediation, ascertain how the mediator records the terms and conditions of the agreement. For arbitration cases, review the rules and procedures to determine if you understand what is required in arbitration. Talk to the case administrator to clarify any procedural questions you may have.
