- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I email them with a price quote, and a menu. We ok the menu, date and time. I take half the deposit up front and othe half day off.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 15 years experience in restaurants. I also attended The Culinary Institute of America. I have also worked in some high end restaurants, including Acorn and Jax fish House and oyster bar.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
When I was a teenager I started at a restaurant washing dishes and busing tables.
