- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All events are priced on a customized needs basis. Some of my clients are on retainer for long-term consultancy. Some hold training series monthly, others quarterly. It all depends on your specific goals.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. My primary goal is be sure to understand your goals for a program: What do you specifically want to see your attendees leave knowing or able to do better as a result of my part of the program? 2. I will custom design a success plan for your event. 3. Based on my recommendations, you will decide which of my programs can fit best for your goals. 4. We will confirm goals and sign a mutual agreement to save the date. 5. A 50% deposit is required to officially pull the date from my speaking calendar. 6. You may wish to take advantage of pre-event promo videos, on-site interviews, on-going reinforcement audios/videos to extend the learning for your conference/event. At this point we will show you some optional calendar schedules to accomplish that. Once we get this crucial goal information, then I will interview key people involved with the success of your event.
