If I could give them a zero I would. This company didn't even bother to show up to move me, nor did they call to tell me they weren't coming. NOT one but TWO Time. They have no respect for their customers. The day before my move, they called and gave me a three hour window to be home. From 10 am to 1 pm. The day of my move, 12:50 comes around and I call them to find out where they are. They assured me someone was calling me right now. At 1:20, I called and said I never got the call and where were the movers b/c they have NOT showed up yet. I explained I had a cleaning crew coming at 3 and a walk through the following day. They said they were still on their morning job and then gave me a new time. My new window was from 4 - 6 pm. No one bothered to call or show up for this appointment either. When I called at 5:30, they said they were wrapping up and was calling me right then. NO ONE DID. Kind MOVERS set two windows for me to wait and not only did they NOT show up, they didn't have the courtesy to call me and tell me to make other arrangements. I then called the Manager and told her the situation. I told her I was reaching out one more time before writing a formal complaint to the BBB and she still hasn't returned my call. Obviously they don't care about their customers or people time. B/c they have been so unprofessional I had to move at NIGHT, pay the cleaning crew to come two days later and had to reschedule my final walk through. They messed up not only my schedule but other peoples and don't even care. This company is the most unprofessional company I have EVER dealt with. I will NEVER recommend them to ANYONE and will always tell EVERYONE my experience. How they can even stay open is beyond me.

Unfortunately I scheduled our move on the day of the massive flooding recently and it rained hard all day. When i called to see if they were still coming they asked if we could reschedule the following day and give me 10% off the total. I thought that was very cool as they didn't have to do that. On the day of the move they were 2 hours later than was scheduled due to the flooding in the area. The 3 men who showed up were extremely professional and moved very fast. They did a fantastic job and never complained once about all the stuff in our basement and moving to a second floor in the new place. The 26' truck was full top to bottom and front to back. I was very impressed with how they handled all of our things. From the time they arrived to when they took the last item off the truck, totaled 4 hours. It would have taken me at least 12 hours and I would have been exhausted. When we move again in 2 years I will defiantly be calling them and hopefully the same 3 gentleman will arrive.

I called Go King Movers to Move my house in Parker, Co. They sent Paulina out to do an onsite estimate. She was very professional and courteous. She took her time walked my house paid close attention to detail. She gave me a fair estimate and I agreed to the terms. The customer service team checked in with me every week up to my move date making sure all of my packing and prep was going as planned. On the day of the move the most professional crew showed up. They took there time preparing my house for the move, making sure my floors were covered, bannisters were not exposed etc. The move went off without a hitch. My furniture arrived at my new house in perfect condition and for the exact price that Paulina estimated. I could not be happier with there service. I will tell all my friends to use Go King Mover!!!

King Moving did an excellent job with my delivery! They picked up my product from the store right on time and arrived at my house on time. The crew was very professional and was very meticulous about their work. The delivery went as planned with no problems at all. They cleaned up after themselves and left no garbage or trash on my property. After my experience with King Moving I referred my brother to them as well. My brother used King Moving and had the same wonderful experience that I had. I would have no problem using King Moving again if I ever need anything delivered or moved in the future. I highly recommend King Moving to anybody that needs to hire a moving company for any reason.

This was the FOUR DAY move from hell. Go King DID NOT SHOW UP on move day despite repeated calls from us and repeated promises from them (BRUNO) that they would be there. 6:30 IN THE EVENING and they are making promises for the NEXT DAY!! Next day they were 2 and 1/2 hrs. LATE and 2 men short of what was PROMISED the night before. The extra men didn't arrive until 4 p.m.. Needless to say, a move that was supposed to be done in a day (3 bdrm house, not mansion) was not completed. AGAIN. We have no beds and have to beg GO KING for a hotel at 11 p.m. at night. 3rd day. Movers are on time because now they are feeling sorry for us. They do their best but again are short staffed. 5 p.m. and BRUNO tells them to lock their trucks until we pay twice the estimate because of all the TIME and MONEY WE HAVE COST THEM. Who cares the time and money it is costing us!! BRUNO tells us the estimate is just a guess and hangs up on us during the conversation. We call the police who tell us that it would be considered theft of property since we have already PAID DEPOSIT and !ST DAY. Police have conversation with BRUNO who gets much nicer but due to 2 hr delay because of his behavior the workers can't unload and must return for a FOURTH DAY. BRUNO plans to come back with them with a statement saying we won't dispute the charges on our credit card. Instead a crew from another company arrives, on time, and asks what kind of law my husband practiced. The fee is lower than what BRUNO demanded the evening before and the move is done in record time. HMMM. Police phone plus BRUNO's belief that there's an attorney in the family equals good customer service????!! Just a thought. Regardless. Despite the good staff that GO KING has I would NEVER, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, RECOMMEND this company as long as BRUNO has ANY ROLE in this company.
