- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a 2 hour minimum for all job, which includes the truck/travel charge. Any time after the first 2 hours we bill in 15 minute increments. You only pay for the time used, so if we think your move will take 4 hours and it takes 3, you only pay for the 3.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
One of our move consultants will reach out to you via phone or email address (whatever your preference) to gather basic information for the move (addresses, move date, what specific services you need, etc.) If your move is on the smaller side we will also gather the inventory right there on the phone, but for bigger moves we recommend a virtual or in-home walkthrough. Once we have gathered all the information we need we will put together an estimate and send it on over! You will always have your estimate same day, usually within the same hour, and this entire process is completely free.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Everyone you talk to and interact with at Moving Proz are full time employees. We don't hire temp or contract labor, which means everyone goes through extensive training. Your move will have a highly experienced crew lead there to guide you through the process and answer any questions you may have.
