- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am always willing to discuss price. Sometimes the job is very close and I don't feel its right to charge a customer an arm and a leg for a signature and stamp. If you can travel to me or we can meet somewhere nearby, we can absolutely negotiate price!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Most of my customers have never used a notary service before. I typically review the document with them for areas that they need to sign and explain to them the process prior to me notarizing. Most times they don't realize it is a really simple process!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I completed the training and state exam to become a Notary public in the state of Colorado. I also have experience in the insurance and tech/mortgage industry. My full-time job is actually an operations specialist for an up and coming tech company that created a product that assigns notaries to mortgage closings for Title companies!
