Mark is a skilled trainer who took the time to listen to me and then develop a fitness game plan to achieve my goals. I also wanted to learn how to properly train on my own and Mark is a great teacher. He has an easy, relatable demeanor that makes you feel comfortable. His timely follow-up emails were very helpful to remind me of the exercises we did and how to structure my weekly workouts.Aug 20, 2018
Mark is a hard-working trainer who cares about his clients. He doesn't let us (my husband and me) slack, but he's never mean or unreasonable about it. He listens to us and will adjust our workout depending on needs (often individualized). We gave him a try almost 9 months ago and he has been training us ever since! Give him a try! He'll help you work toward your goals.Jun 18, 2018Verified
Ive seen awesome results from posture to eating more regularly. He puts up with me as I hate working out, he makes it fun! In 3 weeks alone I have increased my strength, balance and now eat more regularly. He is charismatic, personable, professional and pushes me to achieve goals without it feeling like a work out. I highly recommend him!Nov 7, 2017Verified
I have worked out with Mark for 3 sessions now and am very happy. Out of the trainers that I got profiles from Thumbtack for he was the one that called me and asked what I was looking for. He is always prompt and professional. He keeps his foot in my fanny motivation-wise but is not annoying. He also has been really good about working with my physical therapist to come up with an appropriate routine for me.Oct 17, 2017Verified
Mark kicks my butt (in a good way) every workout we do together. The exercises are on point with helping me get the results I'm looking for. He has a laid back style that is not intimidating and has just the right amount of intensity. I'm a triathlete with a full workout schedule and he customizes weight training to compliment my other workouts. He's also willing to adjust exercises if they're hard on my body. Would recommend Mark to anyone!May 3, 2017Verified
