Introduction: My name is Hayes Buchanan of Ideal Home Organization Solutions. I’m a coach, doula, and organizer. As the term doula means “woman who serves”, my mission is to help in whatever way necessary to the client. Whether it’s packing or organizing, coaching or death doula practice, I flex all of my skills to the client’s needs and priorities; adapting and tailoring for the right balance of support, efficiency, attention to detail, aesthetic, and actionable steps.
I excel at projects ranging from full move including prep and management, to simple closet or kitchen reorganization. A lot of my favorite work is packing, organizing, and purging for a move, then unpacking and designing the new house to get the client off on the right foot.
I have a background in the therapeutic industry as well as coaching, and have experience working with chronic disorganization, senior care, and death care, making me uniquely equipped for any job however tough or emotional for the client. I'd love to help you with your needs!
I really enjoy building relationships with my clients, and coming to understand their lifestyle and priorities. This not only allows me to find ways to align my clients with their vision and ideals, but also gives me insight on varying ways to live on our planet. My work help us come understand each other on more meaningful and healing planes.

So, what is professional home organization? It’s Hayes!!!
She embodies, the mindset, the patience, the energy, and thought process to help take a box, a room, a house, a situation that “looks” daunting, overwhelming, and/or impossible and turns chaos into order. I’ve hired Hayes three times so far. She is a great communicator, punctual, and works to be in tune to you, your style, your wants, while creating systematic flows that work for the situation, the room, the person, the family, etc.
An added bonus, she helped me put a trundle bed together... (I mean honestly she did it). Hayes can see the need or the gap, and fill it. As a single parent with two kids’, ridiculous schedules, and recently moved, I was “dying on the vine” with no time or energy to make an impact on unpacking. Hayes took the time to help me unpack, think through how I’d want a room, a closet, or area set up, then knocked it out of the park.
I’d highly recommend Hayes and will be hiring her again. You won’t be disappointed.

Hayes and Brett were an absolute dream team. Not only did they help us organize and execute a move into a new home, they handled every aspect-- from emptying an entire home of furniture which they sold for us, to scheduling and organizing a yard sale and helping decide what things to keep and give away. They oversaw a kitchen demo, an IKEA installation and helped keep our 3 dogs calm through the process! I trust these incredible human beings implicitly and that is such a rare thing. Hayes and Brett are utterly professional and handle your things with care, respect and kindness. I would hire them again and again and again!

Hayes Buchanan was efficient and amazing. She made Packing,organizing my move seem easy. Eidhteen years in one house then downsizing can be overwhelming. Hayes made it enjoyable

Ideal Home Solutions made organizing and packing before a move super easy. Hayes has a system for everything and is very reliable. She gently helped me get rid of the things I didn't need and organize the things I was keeping. Highly reccomend her for all your home needs!

Because of a serious balance problem I needed help unpacking moving boxes, & Hayes Buchanan was my answer. She was right on time which I very much appreciate. With my instructions Hayes took over & moved mountains. After several hours two rooms that were cluttered with boxes, out of place furniture & stacks of everything, were totally cleared out
& organised. I was so happy! Hayes has returned and the house is now 98% in order....thanks to Hayes.
