Chef Meis made Thanksgiving dinner for my husbands extended family of 35 people. He was responsive to my questions, prior to the day. On the day of the meal ( a holiday no less) he was on time, friendly and set up everything for us. The food was delicious and I was so grateful that someone else got to make that much food and I didn't have to spend the previous days in the kitchen. If I ever have a need for a caterer again he will be my first contact.

Chef Meis was amazing!!! He cooked our wedding reception dinner for 25 guests! Everyone loved the appetizers and their dinner. We were so happy with him and would definitely use him again.

Scott was so easy to work with- very responsive communication. He allowed us to make a few changes and upgrades to his menu. Our daughter's plated wedding reception meal was just lovely- it featured the salmon and a filet. The father of the groom said it was the best wedding dinner he'd ever had. Everyone enjoyed it. I would highly recommend Scott and would gladly hire him again.

Our oven and micro broke before he comes and the gas gtrill ran out of fuel. Chef Meis said no problem and served an excellent meal. Personable and professional and did a great clean up. Highly recommend.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    If you would like to book a 35% non-refundable deposit is required to hold the date with the remaining balance being paid after service.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    I offer a free phone consultation to select from the menu and discuss needs for the event.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I have my professional food and wine certification from Cook Street Denver and completed all culinary labs at Johnson and Wales.
