Chef Dane! The menu ideas he came up with were so great I couldn’t decide, so for appetizers I had to have two! He collaborated with me frequently and was a pleasure to work with in the planning process. The day of the event he showed up in time and ready to go! He pulled off a five course surprise dinner for 14 in our home with ease. The food was outstanding. He and his assistant cleaned up the kitchen and went so far as to disassemble our gas stove to clean it! Hire him for your next event.

Chef Dane was very professional and courteous. The Chef was very knowledgeable about different types of cuisine including vegan. The chef was flexible in creating the perfect menu to accommodate all guests.

To see a real chef up close is definitely a game changer.

We hired Chef Dane for a yearly family gathering dinner, and it was a very relaxing experience. We could visit with family while he was busy in the kitchen preparing dinner. I would highly recommend the rosemary steak. He was requested by family members to come back and do this again.
