Packing and Unpacking
Theresa went above and beyond in packing for my move! I had to coordinate a move while in another state and could not have done it without her help! She packed up my belongings, loaded up my car, and shipped the rest of the boxes. Theresa was so communicative, even doing video calls to ask questions and show me the progress. She got it all done in less than half the time estimated and within my tight budget! I definitely recommend to anyone planning a complicated move!

Theresa is such a delight to work with and her rates are really good, especially for the value she brings. I have ADHD and organizing my space and keeping things clean has always been a struggle and that shortcoming has always been associated with shame and judgment. Theresa didn't ask me to change how my brain works, but she provided a completely judgement free space and we worked out ways to adapt my physical space to harmonize with the way my brain already works. I've already ended up hiring her more than I intended to originally and working on more projects and I just keep finding more and more value in her insight and time.

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Many of my clients choose to pay up front for a package of hours. This reduces their fee, and forms an investment in the project. I also offer discounts to clients who choose to work with me virtually or introduce me to their friends!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?My consultations include a discussion of the project and goal-setting, a tour of the space to be organized, and actually BEGINNING the project. This ensures that the client feels comfortable working with me, and gives me an opportunity to see how they operate, and gather what might be the most effective strategies in working together.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?My brain LOVES organizing! I've read the prominent literature, and earned my stripes organizing with friends and family before officially beginning my business in 2018.
