Introduction: Group Personal Training Classses:
This class is for no more than 6 men and/or women who are either new to exercise, are returning after being inactive for a time, or that wish to maintain their current strength and endurance. All exercises will be modified to suit any individuals ability and fitness level.
We will help you push your limit and have FUN doing it with a group of like minded people to inspire and motivate you.
Belly Dance Classes:
Instruction will take a beginner all the way to intermediate level in this class.
We combine music, the mystique and glamour of belly dance steps with laughter and sisterhood to create an evening escape you may only just dream about right now.
