Kelly is an amazing trainer and I love working out with her. She has definitely made working out a positive experience and I look forward to each workout session. She works with your strengths and weaknesses to design a workout that is effective, but also enjoyable. I have seen a lot of progress not only physically, but also in my eating habits, which specifically has been a past struggle of mine.

Kelly is the best trainer I've had, working with personal trainers for over 12 years. I have worked with Kelly continuously for the last six years. Kelly designs the most effective, fun, and engaging workouts. Her degree in Exercise Science sets her apart because she understands the human body and muscles in-depth (crucial to get a trainer who has this degree) because she can come up with variations and solutions on the spot for any issues I may have. During the session, she focuses on how I can improve. She goes out of her way to give me suggestions to stay on track (without being overbearing). Kelly genuinely cares about me and my goals, and this is why I have trained with her for six years and counting.

Kelly and I have worked together for years and continued our training virtually through the pandemic and her recent move. I truly can’t imagine working with anybody else at this point. I came to her years ago after my second rotator cuff surgery and (what I hadn’t known prior to working with her) a very unstable body. Not only has she provided me with a pain-free lifestyle and outstanding insight on the workings of my own body, but she also has served as a friend and mentor. I have referred her not only to my partner and coworker but would to anybody who is looking for a highly skilled and educated trainer who will change the way you look at health and fitness. Beware: she is relentless with that foam roller, ha!

    - Free initial consultation! (In-person or virtual) - Discounts available in package form: > Single session $110 > 6 pack: $105/session > 12 pack: $99/session

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    Understanding two aspects of the individual: physical and mental. Together we will identify goals, outline benchmarks and a timeline, and develop an action plan/exercise program. Each short-term goal will be realistic and attainable - but still requiring work and effort. I am a big believer in leading a balanced lifestyle so that mental health is prioritized just as much as physical health.
