Steve has a diverse background in personal training (AMFPT, ACE and NASM certified), rehabilitation, weight management, and sport-specific training. He is also CPR and AED certified. He has a passion for motivating clients to achieve their goals in a safe and unintimidating manner. Steve is a firm believer that functional training, proper nutrition, and consistency are the first steps to a new and healthy lifestyle.

Stephen was really prompt about calling me to set up my complimentary appointment. I unfortunately was not so prompt In my response. I actually stumbled into Stephen at The Point. He was so gracious and willing to spend time with me and find out what my specific needs and goals are. I had a great training session with him and opted to do an extra session. This guy knows his stuff. I'm very confident in his knowledge and abilities. He is also very congenial and immediately put me at ease. I believe Stephen would easily relate to nearly everyone I was just talking with a friend last night who has also done a session with Stephen. She was equally impressed. I believe is excellent and would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone. I look forward to doing more training sessions with him.

Steve is a very good professional physical trainer. He quickly and correctly identified my special problem areas and set to work increasing my strength and flexibility. I feel very fortunate that Steve works well with me and understands my needs.

I started my personal training with Steve two weeks ago. Steve is a true professional and a great trainer. His attention to my goals has allowed his to create a personalized workout that will help me to achieve them. Steve motivates without intimidation and praises the work I do. Steve puts a lot of thought into developing a personal training program that meets your objectives. He motivates you to work hard while having fun at the same time. I recommend Steve for cross-training for Tennis.
