Introduction: Absolute Personal Fitness is a locally- owned facility specializing in personal training. We also offer memberships that allow for 24/7 key fob access. We currently have 6 great trainers that have experience with injuries, weight loss and athletic goals. Our experience is what separates us from our competition. All of our personal trainers are nationally-certified, insured, and have at least 3 years of field experience. All of our trainers are career-driven, meaning we don't currently have or allow part-time trainers to work at our facility. You wouldn't want a part-time dentist working on your mouth, would you? So why have a part-time trainer work on your body? Personal training is a rewarding job, and seeing people completely change their lives is what drives us everyday!

I have been training with James Singer for 4 years. He is an outstanding rehab specialist. I am 72 years old. Diagnosed with osteoporosis 12 years ago. My osteoporosis specialist is amazed how much strength and bone growth I have. THANKS JAMES!

James is a great personal trainer who has been my trainer for the last 2 years. He works one on one with you to set good, attainable goals and pushes you to reach them.

I have been working with James for about 6 months and I am extremely satisfied with the results I'm seeing! Every session gets gradually harder as I become stronger and in better shake. We never do the same workouts twice. The training environment is a very fun, open atmosphere. James is an all around trainer who adapts as my workout needs change. I look forward to every session and am excited to work with him multiple times a week! I would recommend James to anyone wanting to get fit!

James is the kind if guy who really pays attention to your indivual needs. He's personable and innovative in creating good workouts and will always push you but never to the point of injury. Great guy! Best trainer I've had.
