Introduction: I have been in the industry helping people feel good about themselves physically and emotionally for over 30 years and I still love what I do! My intention for you, my client, is to help you achieve your goals in a realistic time period while taking all safety precautions in regards to injuries, health issues and cleanliness each and every day. I have helped people with their athletic goals for both teens and adults, pre and post-natal mom's, cardiac rehabilitation, muscular sclerosis, Parkinson's disease, weight gain, weight loss, rehabilitating injuries, athletes from all types of sports and everything in between. Exactly what I was looking for!! Alisa is great to work with. Her rates are affordable, as is the membership to one of the gyms she trains out of. Extremely flexible with hours and very attentive when it comes to scheduling meeting times. The training is amazing! She is highly qualified and very knowledgeable about creating a program specific to the client. Highly recommend her!!!

Hi, I’ve been working out with Alisa for over a year.She is very professional, always on time super knowledgeable about fitness and is the best trainer that I’ve ever had. I’ve worked out with dozens of trainers over the years. I actually stopped using Alisa for a short period of time and after a month or two I had to have her back. She worked me back into her busy schedule and worked magic to give the schedule that would work best for me. To date I’ve lost 20lbs I have gained exceptional strength. 48 years old I might join the world bodybuilding team LOL. Super grateful for Alisa. Alisa was right on time, approachable, trim herself, and energetic. She's been at her work and still loves it, after some 26 years. Even though she asked for a minimum of some five sessions, I gradually came to accept that suggestion. While not cheap, she adds a bit for coming to your home. I would have no problem recommending her.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Plan on at least a 30 minute conversation to go over goals, diet, injuries and then planning out what your workout week will look like to help you reach your goal. Then possibly a 30 minute workout.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Kinesiology Degree with an emphasis in cardiac rehabilitation.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always known I wanted to help people be their physical best and then stumbled upon the fairly new Kinesiology program in college. I knew it was exactly the avenue to help me reach that goal.
