Personal Training

Rachel is awesome! We've had a couple sessions with her now and really enjoy our workouts! She is able to push our boundaries in such a positive way. It's a great balance. She was also able to work with us on a payment plan!

Ive been training with Rach for a few years now. She knows how to push me but also makes it the funnest part of my day. She has a huge repertoire of different exercises, so its always changing and theres always something to learn. She gets really excited when I get the form right! She cares about my confidence and happiness outside the gym too. She could easily be a therapist or life coach if she wanted to, and it comes through in the training sessions. I have kind of a stressful job, but when Im training with Rach I sleep better, my mind is clearer, and I perform better at work. I appreciate her very much!

Rachel is by far the best personal trainer I’ve ever had. She’s incredibly personable and encouraging. She knows what she’s doing when it comes to both people and fitness! Before I met Rachel I was inactive and ate poorly. With her gentle approach, she got me out of my rut. She made me feel so strong and confident. If you’re looking for someone who truly uplifts you and cares about your well-being, this is the trainer for you!

I've been working with Rachel via Zoom for about six months and couldn't be happier. She's super friendly, a great communicator, a creative workout planner, and unbelievably devoted to meeting her clients where they're at fitness-wise. Rachel took me from one of my lowest fitness slumps to being the strongest I've ever been in my life. She checks in with me regularly about my goals, cheers me on more than my own (super supportive) partner, and genuinely cares about making sure I'm getting as much out of working with her as possible. If you're looking for someone to help you reach - and exceed! - your fitness goals no matter where you are athletically or geographically, there's nobody else I'd recommend.
