My friend told me about Matt so he came highly recommended. I have two really bad running injuries (torn hamstring and severe tendonitis in my buttocks) and gained 8 pounds from taking time off running. I lost the 8 pounds I gained and I am still working with Matt to get stronger leg muscles for running. He is really great to work with. I am excited to see the results from training with him. Everything is going great so far. Thank you Matt.

Matt is my favorite trainer to date! He writes my training programs, nutrition guides, and routinely checks in on my progress. He keeps me focused, goal-oriented, and moving forward - he’s also very knowledgeable and continually provides education throughout the training process. I look forward to my training sessions every week!
