- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Investments start at $395. 50% deposit required to reserve session date and time. Balance is due 7 days before session date. A reschedule fee of $30 (waived for first reschedule with a minimum of 7 days notice). Deposit is forfeited if session is cancelled more than 48 hours after booking. Expect digital delivery 2-3 weeks. Al a carte prints and products are available for purchase in online gallery.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
* Pre-session planning consultation to discuss your vision for your images * On-location at your home, or other location of your choosing * Professionally re-touched images — All of the best images corrected for lighting/exposure and color temperature, crop the image, if necessary, as well as adding my own ‘signature’ touches to the images. * Online, private gallery where you can view, download and share! * At least 30 digital images (additional digital images, prints and products can be purchased separately from your gallery)
