FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing may be lower, but that does not sacrifice quality. I hope my work can speak for itself. I do not have a huge team of photographer and editors doing all the work, it's just me. That makes my work more personal, because I care and want my customers to be satisfied.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It all depends on the project. If it's something that will require some planning, then I make time to talk about it and get things set. I am extremely organized, but I also love to just jump right in. If there's not a whole lot to plan, I use what I know and adapt to give the best product in any situation. I always ask for a specific set of minimum requirements. I will meet those requirements and also try to provide more where I can.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been doing photo and video work for 10+ years as a hobby and way to make extra money. I've taken a few classes, but haven't achieved any certifications. That is directly because every class I take, I already know how to do what I'm being taught from personal experience. I am very professional and good at what I do.
