FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide two types of pricing: 1. By the hour with a 5 hour minimum. 2. Flat rate. Most of our customers, especially on infidelity cases choose this pricing structure as it limits their financial exposure to the case. We offer a flat rate as not all cases are able to be completed within a day or two. Most take a week or two. This is most often the best value for the client.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we discuss the case and obtain the facts of the case, gathering any information that helps in getting the investigation started. We provide regular updates by telephone, text and/or email, which ever the client prefers. When the investigation has come to a completion, a final report his written and submitted to the client with all pictures, video and other information obtained within 24 hours from completion of the case.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Background in Insurance procedures, as well as healthcare with an emphasis on Workman's Compensation fraud. Training in and Certification in Cell Phone forensics as well as training in computer forensics.
