I use Happy Home Styling for both setting up my home and for management. I have a very busy schedule and they made getting this process so simple. Been using Happy Home Styling for a little over a year now. They have furnished and designed both of our properties to rent out to either short term rentals or mid term stays. They've handled all communication with guests, optimize pricing, find all the vendors like cleaners, handymen, etc. and then have done an incredible job 5 star reviews. Overall extremely pleased and would recommend to anybody who wants to take this job off their plate and have somebody full time really care for it's succeess.

Happy Home Styling designed and cohosts two of our properties in Charlotte, NC on Airbnb and VRBO. They both have over a 4.95 rating and have never received a bad review. We don't do any work - we just get the payouts. It's great to make money and not have to do any of the work to make it. Highly recommend working with the team!
