I unexpectedly had to move from Denver and reached out to Nomad about property management service for my home. Pierce, and then later on Will, were excellent points of contacts and held my hand throughout the process of understanding Nomad's guaranteed rent structure and then getting the house listed. I moved out on Friday and Nomad had the property cleaned, pictures taken, and listed online within a week. The home had a lease a week after that, at a rate that was more than I would have asked for if self managing.So far, so good. Thanks Nomad.

Nomad is an amazing partner! They guaranteed the rent on my Denver rental, found me amazing tenants, and take all the stress away from managing my property.
