Introduction: I have been doing various aspects of property management and minor maintenance duties for a 77-unit, A+, high-rise apartment community in the south Denver area for over five years now. I prep units, clean common areas and laundry rooms daily, and maintain swimming pool and sauna daily. I also do ground maintenance including mowing and hedge trimming. I also do light maintenance work and general property clean up and upkeep. I also take care of the collection of rents and schedule move-in and -out accordingly.
