- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a percentage management fee model where we take care of managing your property for Short Term (AirBnb, VRBO and vacation rentals) and Long Term (12-24 month lease) for a percentage of overall revenue. This way you can get all the rewards of renting without the hassle of all of the check ins, check outs, tenant communication, cleaning, maintenance, etc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we will start with a consultation call to address your needs and see if we will be a good fit for you. Next step would be to meet at the property to get a better idea of the big picture and then go from there. On-boarding a new property can take anywhere from a week to four weeks.

Our portfolio consists of anything from small, one bedroom apartments to large luxury homes.
