When interviewing someone to assist in buying or selling a home be sure to confirm that they are a licensed, certified and bonded Realtor? Ask for their certifications? Ask how many years they have been in the business and if they work primary with Buyers or Sellers? Inquire if they are trained in short sales and foreclosures? Ask to see their marketing list? A good Realtor always has a list of past clients and references, ask for a few of them.
