- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Like most brokers I charge a percentage of the sales price of the property for my services, also called a "success fee" for successfully completing a transaction for a client. Buyers do not typically pay this fee directly; rather, it is paid by the seller out of the proceeds of the sale. When working with a seller, my fee is negotiable depending on a number of factors.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Colorado licensed brokers are required to take 24 hours of continuing education every three years.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I always loved architecture and design, so looking at houses was the initial draw. When you love what you do, you never really work.
