RS saved my butt! I was an older graduate and no idea what employers were looking for. Feeling helpless, I contacted Ian at Resume Sumo and he helped to calm me down and assured me it's ok. He sat down with me, asked about my career goals, and the job I was applying for. He showed me examples from his past clients and I knew I was in the right hands. He help me with a resume, and a couple weeks later an interview was set up. About a month after my interview, I received an offer. CANNOT RECOMMEND RESUME SUMO ENOUGH!! Ian definitely helped me out. I had worked several retail jobs until finally getting my B.S. in business admin. I had no idea how to translate my experience into "resume speak" but Ian did everything he could to make sure I was knowledgeable and taken care of. Just make it easy on yourself and go with Resume Sumo.

What types of customers have you worked with?
The most common job, by far, that we have is for new graduates. New graduates have a common mind set that limited work experience can be a hindrance to the job search. A big part of what we do is help new graduates expand upon what makes them a great compliment for a company.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Like many other services, it helps to know that you get what you pay for. That being said, a service that charges astronomically high prices is likely taking advantage of you. If the company has a "too low to be good" price, it is; you are better off just using a generic template.
