We have been fighting with our insurance company for years to get enough money to pay to get our roof replaced and with the help of Michael Martinez and his 303 Contracting company we finally got it done! Michael is very knowledgeable about the roofing codes in each city and he went back to my insurance company and told them what codes needed to be met to get our roof done properly. We appreciate all the hard work he did to get us our roof and it turned out amazing!! We love how it looks! And his crew worked hard to get it done quickly! I will continue to refer 303 Contracting to all my friends and family!!Oct 1, 2019

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I work directly with your home insurance.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?1. Request Roof Inspection. 2. If damage exists and it’s more than your deductible – File an insurance claim 3. Meet with Insurance Adjuster 4. Get the first check from insurance (if coverage applies) 5. Submit Supplement Estimate to Insurance for any City Code Requirements. 6. Replace the roof. 7. Get the second check from insurance (if you have Replacement Cost Coverage) 8. Have city roof inspection performed. 9. Pay roofer
- How did you get started doing this type of work?I been in Sales, Management, Graphic Design & Marketing for 20 years in the Printing & Sign business and wanted a career change.
