I hired Altitude SEO to help with a reputation case I wanted to peruse damages for. Altitude evaluated my situation and connected me with a local lawyer who specializes in internet law who has since opened a case for me to help remove defamatory statements an ex-employee blasted all over the internet. Things are looking great. The overall communication was great and the fee's were very reasonable.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
The best piece of advice is this - if you're hiring an SEO provider to better your rankings, don't you think they should be able to do the same for themselves? What we mean is, if a SEO provider is selling search engine rankings and can't get their own website to perform well for meaningful keywords, how do you expect them to do the same for you? Try a Google search for their town + city. For an example; if you search Denver SEO your provider should be able to rank on the 1st page (and btw VelocityRadio.fm which ranks #1) is us!
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
SEO is a really specialized industry. Sure, everyone from real estate agents to contractors claim to be experts in SEO however when it comes to meaningful, competitive terms, only the true experts stand out.
