Chris and Cole did a great job installing 4 TV's with mounting and new electrical outlets. They worked quick and efficient, and were able to start and finish the job a few days after I requested the job on Thumbtack. They did a great job!

Couldn't say enough good things about Simpson Home Services. My situation was that I had a water heater go out at a rental property. The pilot light wouldn't stay lit and after one of the bigger named company charged me $300 for parts in their attempt to fix, that company on their 3rd visit decided I needed to replace the water heater, where they conveniently had one in their truck outside ready to go, for the sweet price of $2400. After shopping the actual units at Home Depot / Lowes, I quickly saw that $2400 for a new Water Heater is legitimate robbery. Enter Charlie from Simpson Home Services. His price was fair (got about 6 Bids from Thumbtack) and he was very responsive. Here is where it gets better. Some might think Im crazy, or to trust worthy, but, with my current day job I was unable to get to Home Depot to purchase the water heater. Therefore my only option was to have Charlie from Simpson Home Services go to Home Depot, pull the unit and have Home Depot ring me and use my Home Depot Card and Social Number as a form of payment. At that point, it could have been real daylight Robbery. I had (and still haven't), ever met Charlie in person. My only communication had (still has!) been over phone, but he had great reviews on thumbtack already so I knew we would be ok. Once he completed the job, I paid him over the phone using my debit card. Sure enough, writing this today some weeks after Charlie did his work. My New Water heater is working perfectly and I couldn't say enough good things about Charlie from Simpson Home Services. His work is legit, he gets 10 Stars for Trustworthiness and honesty and I would definitely without a doubt hire him again. ***For anyone installing a water heater and questioning the whole permit situation. I did a lot of research and there seems to be mixed ideas about wether you have to pull a permit or don't have to. I have even been out looking at purchasing a new house here in Denver over the last few weeks and I asked my realtor about permits on replacement water heaters and even she had mixed ideas. So then I went to that iPhone / Android Neighborhood App that everyone is on and planted my question there, also mixed reviews about pulling permits. I think the general concensios is do it if you really want to. If your reselling your house, the buyer might ask to see a permit, but in todays market (sellers market still in 2018), it might not be questioned at that stage. Point being, my research showed 50/50 on who would and who wouldn't. Either way you go, you can still use Charlie and Simpson Home Services as I did. He completes the work, you then apply for the permit, they come inspect it and then your done. I wanted to share this as this is the route I took. I also trust Charlie and Simpson Home Services enough that if the inspector had found a problem, that Charlie would have made a Trip back to fix it for free*** Thanks again Charlie (still haven't met you!) And thank you Thumbtack for yet another sweet hookup to a quality Tradesman.

Jordan was awesome! He called first and discussed the job , then sent me some links of the brackets that would work for the job. He showed up on time and spent about 2 hours installing the mount, hanging the flat screen and my sonos sound bar. He actually mounted all of the components behind the tv. More than I expected! I have two more tv's that I need mounted and I will be using Jordan again and again.

Jason did a great job walking me through the project and pointed out a couple other things I hadn't bought of that should be done at the same time. That said, the work suggested was just a more complete scope, not an upsell. TV and Sonos mounted perfectly, home network now totally functional and working great. I will absolutely us Next Step Communications for the next project for my theater room. Thanks for the professionalism, knowledge, and attention to detail.

Jimmy and his crew were very professional and thorough. They did everything they said they would at a fair price and got the job done within the time frame they promised. Their tech Bill was very good as well. He mounted my 65" tv in no time and ran coax/ethernet lines into a room that didn't have any. We ran into a few issues during the wiring process but Bill was quick to come up with an alternative plan. I would recommend JNC.

I spoke with Cowboy Jim on the phone to reserve the service for a tv mounting and he was super nice and professional! Matt was the tech who came to our home to do the mounting, and he went above and beyond in both work and customer service and follow up. What a great experience; we will definitely hire again in the future as things come up! Thank you again for great service!

O'Shay installed a wall mount for my new flat-screen T.V. He did a wonderful job: it appeared to be a tricky project because I had a built-in entertainment nook that was smaller than the T.V. O'Shay suggested 2 alternatives and was able to use the simpler of the two. He saved me money in every possible way, including searching Amazon.com for the most economical mounts & then letting me order them myself. Everything about this experience was terrific and I know that I'll be working with O'Shay again.

Cody updated me with the expected arrival time through text (our agreed up preferred method). Upon arrival, he made sure the TV was mounted where I wanted and that I had the correct bolts. Since I did not, he drove to the store and bought the proper ones to finish the job. He stayed in constant communication to make sure that it worked with my schedule and budget. After mounting the TV, he made sure again that it was in the correct spot and angled desirably. He cleaned up any mess made during the process. Before discussing payments, he ensured that there was nothing else needed done.

Very professional, easy going, helpful with ensuring I understood what I was getting and what the best product would be for my situation! He installed over 30 speakers throughout my house to include the outside, ran wire, installed and mounted 6 TV's. Ensured everything worked properly and was always available via phone if I had questions or concerns! He was very reasonably priced. Timely, polite and very professional!

I already had my tv mounted by another company so I just wanted to hide my wires. They came to my house, took the tv on the wall and noticed that the mount wasn’t secure to the wall, they added two more bolts which the last installer should of done. They then hid the wires and I couldn’t be any happier! Thanks guys

I had a simple fix that was needed, and Michael was quick and also assisted in 'cleaning up' the mess on my computer. Also assisted with questions I had re cell phone sim card. Headvised he'd be happy to help me purchase new smart tv and making sure everything 'talks' to each other - as well as installing wall mount for TV! Very easy to work with, reasonable rates and happy to help! I look forward to working with him again soon! :-)
