FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing system is unique to your project and varies according to amount of work needed to complete it, always consult with us, we try our best to work within every budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The simplest way for us to describe our process is by breaking it down into three phases: pre-production, production, and post-production. In pre-production we identify all of our clients needs, concepts, audience, crew, and so on, we cross all of our T's and dot all of or I's. Production is lights, camera, action (so to speak). Post-production is when we begin to edit and tie the story together, address any changes, music, graphics and so on. We go into more depth on our processes in pre-production.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In our industry on going education is key. We are always trying to keep up on our education and training. Most recently we sent owner/DP Dennis Flippin to attend a workshop in New York taught by Alex Bruno, DP for Saturday Night Live.
