- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based off an industry standard price list that all restoration companies adhere to. This price list is from a program called Xactimate. This price list is regulated by the insurance industry in order to ensure that our prices are reasonable and customary at all times.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a client with water, mold or fire damage, we always prefer to meet with the client at their home to visually assess the damages. From there our certified technicians determine the best plan of action for each individual customer's unique situation. We treat each client's situation uniquely and treat all our client's with the utmost care.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All our lead technicians and many of our office staff members are certified with the IICRC. Continuing education with the IICRC is very important to us. Both our Building Inspectors that perform asbestos testing are certified Building Inspectors with the State of Colorado.
