How does your service stand out?

I treat my clients like family- so having the best connecting and customer service is where I start. From there, I stay in touch with my clients- making sure they are doing their best throughout the week. I also take my time with each client to ensure that they understand what they are doing and why. I will coach them how to breathe while they exercise. I help to transform them not just physically but mentally and emotionally.

What do you enjoy about the work you do?

I enjoy working with beginner and intermediate physical level folks. At first, they start out not so confident and say things like "I will never be able to do that" or "I cant do that". Then I teach them how to achieve whatever that is with progressions over time. Those "AhHa" moments are very important and the best to watch! I also specialize in working with overweight/obese individuals and people over 50. I have studied with the Functional Aging Institute. I understand that folks over 50 have a different set of goals and how they want to reach them varies from someone who is 25.

    Brandy is amazing, as I'm getting older, she has helped me with my balance issues, I'm more flexible & feel amazing after a yoga session. She takes the time to make sure I have proper form & position. I anxiously await our yoga sessions as I know I will feel completely renewed & at peace when we finish.     Brandy is an EXCELLENT teacher – her enthusiasm is contagious and she has a special way of making you feel like a rock star even when you are struggling to get through to the end of class I always feel challenged and inspired when I leave class and that carries over into my personal life as well.     First off, it's impossible to really keep a review on Brandy short. But I'll give it a try-which is what Brandy would say to any exercises. She knows her stuff, whether you're in her spin class, yoga class, personal training, taking about health, TRX or kettlebells, Brandy no matter what condition you are in, she WILL help you. Brandy is an absolute sweetheart that will work you touchas off. She comes in with a plan for the session, but ALWAYS asks how I am feeling, what she does amazingly, is adjust and with Glee. As I stated I could write a 60 page review, but that's hard to read, So whatever fitness schedule you are seeking, Brandy is the gal, PERIOD.

What types of customers have you worked with?
I work with clients who are looking to improve their lifestyle! They want to lose weight, have more energy and feel better so that they can do the things they love in life! By training each person as an individual, it allows that person to achieve their goals. Every work out is safe, effective and fun! Group classes are full of energy and positivity and will challenge strength, cardio, flexibility and balance!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I would advise the customer to be ready to commit time and energy. Fitness, including weight loss, strength building and lean muscle growing, cannot happen unless you are committed to your program. That includes the number of times we meet, how hard you work during them, and what kind of activity and nutrition you have going on in between. I would also advise that this journey would be about exploration, so be ready to get outside of your comfort zone!
