Introduction: Yoga is a holistic practice that is designed to bring balance to our physical, spiritual, emotional and mental health. Very quickly clients begin to feel and see how their practice positively impacts their lives. I like to think about yoga as the blossoming of the true self. I use this form of self-love to cultivate positive self-esteem, build confidence, and improve overall well-being.
I specialize in teaching beginners or those who just feel they want to get back into their practice.
As a beginner, you may feel hesitant about starting your practice in a studio. Private sessions are a great way to build your confidence in your practice. It will also allow you the space to incorporate other aspects of your life, such as emotional, mental, spiritual and nutrition into your practice. I work closely with my clients on these topics as an added support encouraging progress and offering
Additionally I have experience working with teens and young adults. Yoga can be very impactful at the stage of life and gives this age group the tools needed to handle and balance their more easily.
I found yoga 8 years ago when I was struggling with anxiety and depression. Over the years my practice has been there for me as a grounding base to come back to when life gets chaotic. Yoga has had an immense impact on my life, and I feel honored to be able to share this gift with others through teaching.
