Introduction: I utilize minimal equipment and have a wealth of knowledge and I actually care about the customer. I am the expert in fitness, fat-loss, strength, and conditioning as well as self-defense for real-life situations. Kids strength and conditioning programs have also been implemented to assist the with the childhood obesity problem we have in this country.
