Introduction: At NGK, we strive to make every event perfect and be your first choice for catering. Although we have become one of the premier caterers in the region, we're not your typical caterer. We are also one of Colorado's fastest growing restaurant groups, Kompass Kulinary. We not only benefit from scratch kitchens in all four of our concepts (7 locations by next year), but our attention to detail and service standards are miles above your typical caterer. We've catered for multiple Presidents, countless CEO's in some of the largest companies, the Governors Ball, the Heart Association, hundreds of high profile weddings, corporate events, wine dinners, down to a backyard bbq, and as far out of the box as a camel dinner (Yes! We served camel). While we have the ability to pull menu items from any of our concepts (Ya Ya's Euro Bistro, Burnt Ends BBQ, Law's Chophouse, and Elevated Q), we also have the capability and LOVE for writing custom menus for our guests. We're able to work around ANY budget, adhere to all dietary restrictions, take special care working around severe allergies, but most importantly, creating memorable experiences for our guests.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    We benefit from multiple full scratch kitchens at our multiple restaurants in the area. This allows us to easily hit any budget.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    Once contact has been made we will talk with the client about their vision for the event, and how we can help them achieve it! We specialize in fully customized menus for each event, but we always have set menus for people to choose from if they would like. We have countless years of experience, so once we have a menu we will run through the entire event with the client to ensure that nothing has been overlooked, or forgotten.

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

    Everything from churches, to schools, to weddings, to office buildings, to backyard BBQ's to sitting US Presidents.
