- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For criminal cases we provide flat fee system so that the client knows exactly what it will cost to defend his case. As for personal injury/auto accidents we work on a contingent fee basis so that the client is able to afford strong legal representation to fight for them.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to meet our clients face to face in order to better understand the case, how it is affecting them, and how best to protect and fight for them. It is imperative to understand the client's needs and to engage in thorough and repeated communication so that the client is always informed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I take local and national courses to hone my skill and knowledge.
